Acts of the Apostles 

Acts (of the Apostles) The purpose of the book of Acts is to give an accurate account of the birth and growth of the early church as well as the coming of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost. Peter, Paul, Stephen, Philip, Barnabas, Silas, John Mark, and Timothy, among others, are highlighted in Acts. Acts is a book of firsts. It tells of the first meeting of the church and of its first persecution, documents the first case of church discipline, explains the calling of the first deacons, records the events around the first martyrdom in the church, and highlights the calling of the first missionaries. In essence, Acts is the history book of the early church and is an important building block in understanding the rest of the New Testament

(The) Anointing 

This course offers students a brief description of the anointing of the Holy Spirit in the Old Testament and New Testament. Also, this course teaches students how to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit and the availability of the anointing on their lives and ministries.

Apologetics 

Apologetics is the branch of Christian theology concerned with the application of rational arguments and historical evidence to the defense of the Christian faith. Every Christian has the responsibility to be equipped with the knowledge and practice of apologetics. In this course, we will look at the basics of Christian apologetics and how Christian theology addresses twelve major areas of objection, ranging from the problem of evil, the inspiration of the Bible, to the impact of science and the person of Christ. We will discuss how the apologetic approach is the key to greater power in witnessing and greater confidence in faith.

Biblical Finances* 

The advancement of the Kingdom of God relies on proper revelation and understanding of God’s financial principles. Biblical Finances is designed to cover both the spiritual and natural relationships to money and stewardship. We will discuss what the Bible says about money, wealth, planning, provision, poverty, prosperity, giving, receiving, tithes, gifts, seed time and harvest, favor, and God’s will to live an abundant life.

Blood Covenant 

This course will cover the significance of blood covenants in human history from the first covenant in Genesis to God’s covenant with Abraham and to Christ as the fulfillment of the Abrahamic Covenant. We will also explore our position in Christ under the New Covenant.

Christian Ethics 

Different world views on Ethics are investigated, with an emphasis on the Christian view. Controversial issues such as abortion, capital punishment, marriage and divorce are discussed. Ethics of the individual believer and of the Minister are included. 

Church History(RS) 

Church History describes the origin and development of the Christian Church, from its inception in Bible times to today’s modern religious culture. Early Biblical patterns will be studied as a model for evangelism, church planting, church government and discipleship. This scriptural journey will highlight both the successes and failures of organized Christian churches throughout the ages.

Church History(GG) 

When Peter laid hold of the revelation of whom Christ is, Jesus declared that upon this foundation He would build His church. From the time of its inception until our time, the Christian church has been the defining force of human culture. In this course we will follow the trajectory of the church through history, sifting through our beginnings and challenges of the past for insight to equip us for the future

Counseling with Scriptures 

This course is intended to encourage and equip believers with some basic helping principles as given in the Word of God.

Eschatology 

Just about every book in the Bible speaks to some degree about the times of the end. We will focus on the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ, while gleaning much from many Old and New Testament scriptures.

(The) Full Armor of God 

This course is a Spiritual Warfare readiness assessment. The students will complete three phases of assessment: Assessment of the enemy; Assessment of personal readiness ; Assessment of the arsenal of weapons.

God’s Word and Your Health * 

The Word of God covers all the needs of man. In this course we will be dealing with health concerns. Miracles and the gifts of the Holy Spirit are always welcome but are not always in manifestation. The Word of God is available to all, at all times, for all needs. How to apply the Word is the focus of this study.

Hebrews 

This is a study of two covenants. The differences between the two are life changing, even life saving. First Century Biblical history helps us understand the plight of the Jewish people used to a sacrificial covenant system, who shouted crucify Him, but later wanted to follow Him. Jesus had risen from the dead and had shown Himself alive and well to these same people. The choice they would make in receiving the new covenant had eternal consequences. Hebrews gives us the best understanding of the present and eternal position of Jesus who is the Christ, the First Born, and only Begotten Son of God, Who called Him a priest forever after the order of Melchisedek, sealing the New Covenant.

History of Israel 

A study of the beginnings of the Jewish nation led by the early patriarchs. The progression of the Hebrew people is shown through the various stages of their history from a small number of people to a very strong nation. Their triumphs and failures are shown as they progress in their walk with God from the time of Abraham to the twentieth century.

Homiletics 

Homiletics is the art and science of preaching. God expects us to do everything with excellence and preaching is no exception. This course is designed to teach the student the practical and spiritual principles of preaching and teaching. The focus of the class is two-fold: sermon content and delivery.

James 

James directs this letter to Jewish believers, though the various topics dealt with will benefit any Christian. The main theme is how to walk through life as a New Testament believer by faith with an attitude.

Johannine Epistles 

This course offers students the opportunity to obtain a deeper knowledge of the three epistles and to receive greater revelation from the Holy Spirit as He presents our Lord as God and man, and as light, love, and life.

Leadership 

Jesus told His disciples that all power had been given to Him, and that He would be with them all the way to the end of the world. In the middle of this awesome promise of comfort and security, Jesus commanded His disciples to go and to make disciples. Jesus didn’t just tell the eleven to do this. He commands everyone who believes to go and to make disciples. Those who followed Jesus gave all they had so they might say and do what He said and did. Jesus made them ready to lay hold of His teachings so they could do just that. What exactly, then, is a disciple? In this course we will look at the radical concept of discipling as the means for creating and being leaders in the church.

Life of Christ * 

The life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ is the centerpiece of human civilization, yet many Christians are unskilled in the Scriptures that give witness to these extraordinary events. Jesus did much more than die for our sins: He lived to be our perfect example, the pattern after which born-again believers are to conform their life of faith. Today, believers are immersed in a world that violently rejects the Christ of the Scriptures; ironically, our survival as individuals and as a church, as well as the salvation of a lost and dying world, is vitally dependent upon our being transformed into the image of Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Ghost. This cannot be accomplished without a fervent pursuit of the Savior in the Word of God, so we can answer the only question that has ever mattered: “Who do you say Jesus is?”

Life of David 

This is a study in the life of David, the second king of Israel. God’s school of preparation for leadership is exemplified in David. The course will examine each stage of training from his call to his established kingdom. Many principles of character development and faithfulness to God are chronicled in his life, as well as his weaknesses and failures.

Methods of Bible Study 

The Bible is the greatest book ever written. Much more than a book, it is the revelation of God Himself to man whom He loves. Sadly, many people today fail to avail themselves of the opportunity to know God through the Scriptures. The Bible is a timeless invitation to draw near to God, to understand ourselves in the glorious light of His grace, and to learn what pleases the heavenly Father who loves us so much. In this course we will take a look at several approaches to Bible study and how they help us to make ourselves available to receive the riches God has for us in His Word.

Ministry of Helps * 

The Ministry of Helps is a vital and supernatural ministry that carries a specific anointing given by God for the support of the local church as well as the other ministry gifts. This course covers all aspects of the Helps Ministry by meeting the following objectives.

Ministry of the Teacher This course will stress the importance of the Biblical teacher’s role in the lives of individual Christians. It will help the teacher know how to prepare and present lesson plans.

Missions Conference 

God has a vision for the nations of this world and a course of action to be taken. He is looking for laborers for His harvest of souls. When the work is conducted in a foreign land, the laborer is a missionary or someone who crosses cultural barriers. This course is actually a conference that will introduce active missionaries and give students an opportunity to ask questions and receive answers regarding their work.

(The) Mystery 

The Mystery of Christ is all that God did for us in the entire atonement of the Lord Jesus Christ and how to walk in the fullness of our redemption in Him!

New Creation Realities 

The students will discover the exciting truth about the “new birth” transformation that takes place in the spirit of man as he comes to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Together, the students will explore what the Bible really says about man as a “new creation” and unpack spiritual truths about the “inner man” and the “hidden man of the heart”. Each student will learn who they are “in Christ” and learn how to make positional truths a practical reality in everyday life!

New Testament Survey * 

The Bible is much more than a book: it is a witness to man’s encounter with the one true God. Just as the Old Testament is a chronicle of God’s people, Israel, and their testimony of the Abrahamic covenant, the New Testament is the chronicle of the new and better covenant of salvation through Jesus Christ it is a chronicle of the birth of the church. Study of the New Testament acquaints the believer with the beginnings of the narrative of the church, providing a basis of understanding for the church today and our place within it.

Old Testament Prophets * 

The prophetic books of the Old Testament tell a story of the expectation of God’s glory revealed in the coming Messiah. In them we find the message of the prophets: divinely inspired proclamations of retribution for sin, the salvation of God, and the restoration of His people. More than literature, they communicate insight into the very character of God; more than history, they convey foresight into God’s sovereign care and affection for man throughout all time. In this course we will look at how God used the person and office of the prophet to prepare man for the greatest revelation of Himself the world has ever known: the coming of Jesus Christ.

Pastoral Epistles * 

These three letters were written by the Apostle Paul to two of his trusted spiritual sons. They are written to individuals not to churches. Though all of the context will be shared in the future, it is interesting to read some of the more personal sections not necessary for the church at that time but how helpful to the leaders and pastors who have followed. The contents of I Timothy, II Timothy, and Titus center on Church Government, following the traditional doctrines of the Church and false teaching.

Pentateuch 

The first five books of the bible, known as the Pentateuch, unfold to the Bible student the early beginnings of civilization. We see as well the record of the triumphs and failures of the early patriarchs and the leading of God in the lives of his chosen people, the Israelites. The Mosaic Law, as these first five books are called, reveals God’s expectations for his people in the way they are to live. The course will cover the historical record of God’s chosen people and their ultimate triumph to arrive in the promised land of Canaan

Personal Evangelism * 

This course is a designed to teach the students why and how we witness. It is a very hands-on approach to soul winning with a lot of in class role playing and discussion.

Pneumatology (Ministry of the Holy Spirit) * 

Understanding the person and ministry of the Holy Spirit is essential for living a victorious Christian life as well as fulfilling God’s purpose for our lives. This course covers such valuable topics as the Holy Trinity, the two-fold work of the Holy Spirit in the believer, the evidence of the baptism in the Holy Spirit, the nine fruit and nine gifts of the Spirit, how to be led by the Holy Spirit and how to live a Spirit-filled life.JD.

Praise Life * 

Praise is looked at in a public and private setting. It is viewed as part of the worship experience, but also as a separate activity. It is also examined in relationship to the subjects of faith, righteousness, confession and spiritual warfare.

Principles of Faith * 

Faith is more than just the ability to believe and receive things and healings from God. The essence of Faith is in pleasing God. We have been created for His pleasure. It is impossible to please our Father without an active effort on our part to live, walk, talk, and minister to others out of our ever increasing Faith.

Principles of Prayer * 

Prayer is communication with God; it is cooperating with God's assignment to realize His plans and purposes on the earth. Prayer is respecting God's word and His authority as He delegated dominion to man. Prayer is believing and receiving what He has already given to us in Jesus, That's why Brother Hagin says that "learning how to pray effectively is one of the most important things a believer can ever do in his Christian walk". Why is that? All of the richness of our relationship with God is accessed only by faith in His Word, and prayer is the fundamental expression of faith. In this course, we will look at what the Bible says about prayer and how we can apply those lessons to our own prayer life. Prayer is not just a glorious benefit or privilege; it is a commandment, the primary way we draw closer to God.

Righteousness

Romans 

The book of Romans is the single most comprehensive writing of an Epistle in the New Testament. It is a doctrinal book more than either historical or prophetical. It tells us the gospel it declares is the "power of God unto salvation" to everyone who will believe it. This gospel declares that God's Son, Jesus Christ reveals His power by the resurrection from the dead. The study of Romans will help one walk out the victory they so desire.

Submission and Authority* 

The origin, history, transfers and delegation of authority are explored in the Bible. We will look at the importance of understanding our authority as a believer, how far that authority extends and the proper perspective of submission in the various arenas of church, family and society. Our approach will include, not only the proper actions, but the proper attitude, with lessons on pride, humility and faithfulness.

Tabernacles 

There are several "Tabernacles" found in the Bible regarding man's approach to fellowship with God. The main focus will be on the Tabernacle of Moses. Understanding the systems and/or covenants attached to each type of tabernacle and how they apply to us today will give us a better understanding of our better covenant.

These words proclaimed the kingdom of God come to man, the salvation of the world, the love of God manifest in the person of His Son. In this course we will look at the words of Jesus, the doctrines He taught and the parables He used to teach them, to the religious elite and the common sinner, to the rich and the poor, to the Jew and the Gentile, to the people of His day and those of ours.

The Book of Ephesians 

This course looks at the most concentrated doctrinal epistle that Paul wrote - to a maturing church in a very pagan and religious city, called the "Light of Asia". Various outlines are compared and a detailed approach is used to discover the unveiling of the "mystery of the church". We view our position, in Christ, and our responsibilities as maturing saints.

Wisdom and Guidance 

Wisdom is the God-given ability to make the right decision at the right time. God through His Holy Spirit uses many ways to impart His wisdom and to guide our lives in the right direction. God also expects us to use the wisdom we have received to make good decisions. This course will cover what the Bible says concerning wisdom and guidance, and we will learn to incorporate these concepts in a practical decision-making process.

World Religions 

The cultural dialogue of our time is teeming with a variety of different worldviews and perspectives on life and how to live it, and everybody claims to have the truth. However, many Christians are not only ignorant in regard to the belief systems of non-Christians, but also have difficulty articulating their own faith. In this course, we will establish a "plumb line" for the biblical worldview of Christianity and then consider several alternative worldviews on this basis.
